Payment Information

KCS currently accepts private-pay only (cash, check, credit card). However, a monthly Superbill can be provided upon request for reimbursement of services. **Please note it is the client’s responsibility to inquire about the reimbursement process and submit necessary documentation to their insurance providers.

Consultation
Complimentary – via phone (15 min.) – by appointment only.
Screening
$50 (approx. 20 min.) – in person, brief screening to determine if any skills need further evaluation.
Formal Evaluation
Speech Production/Fluency Evaluation only: $200 – in person.

Language (Receptive/Expressive/Social Communication) Evaluation only: $250 – in person.

Speech+Language Evaluation: $350 (60-90 min.) – in person.

**The evaluation process may take 1-3 sessions depending on the child’s needs.
Rate includes time needed to analyze and write the diagnostic report.
Treatment
$60 / 30 min. $90 / 45 min. $120 / 1 hr.
